Dee Hubbard, MD

Board-certified OB/GYN Dee L. Hubbard, MD, offers personalized gynecologic care to girls and women of all ages at her practice in the heart of Catonsville, Maryland. Dr. Hubbard believes in shared decision-making, where every patient is treated as an individual, not a condition. Gynecology problems Dr. Hubbard diagnoses and treats include abnormal bleeding, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and uterine fibroids. She performs well-woman exams, routine Pap smears, and breast exams, providing follow-up care for women with breast abnormalities or abnormal Pap smear results. In addition to her expertise in routine and complex gynecologic diagnoses, Dr. Hubbard offers a comprehensive range of contraception options and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women with distressing menopausal symptoms. She also has a particular interest in adolescent gynecology. Dr. Hubbard graduated from the medical program at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She completed her residency at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, as part of a Johns Hopkins affiliated program. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Surgery and a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hubbard recently transitioned to providing exclusively gynecological care after 38 years as an OB/GYN, during which time she delivered thousands of babies. She was previously with Capital Women’s Care in Howard County and Carroll County and was the director of OB/GYN Hospitalists at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, Maryland. Dr. Hubbard has three daughters and a dog named Leo. When she’s not caring for patients, she loves to paint, cook, read, and bike.
